Well, it has been a while, hasn't it?

Mid summer, it seems, I forgot to post on any blog at all. But here it is, a resurrection, which is very apropos regarding the weekend. I will tell the truth, that I turned to this blog to express my feelings, which are very downhearted at the moment, and because I just watched one of my favorite movies which concerns writing and books. Plus, I have a need to write in a place where very few will actually read it. And I happen to trust the two I know have found it if they ever actually come back to it again.

The thing is, I won't pour out my feelings right now. 'Cause I went to my book blog. And what is on a book blog? Books - which let you snuggle up and hide away from the world. Anyhow, I'll try to write about real literature and I'll probably try to finish up a couple of posts I started last summer. By the way, I wrote at the very beginning about my book list. Well, thanks to Senior Year AP English, that book list is at 39, which makes me crazy to finish A Tale of Two Cities. If you know anything about that book, or for any matter Charles Dickens, you know that it isn't a book you rush through. But I am starting to remember the beautiful, precise diction and the amazing characterization, for Dickens has no fear of extremely odd, yet extremely real, characters. My favorites are the dirty ones, incidentally.
